Yesterday Emma took herself off on the early morning bus to Garden City, leaving me to my own devices yet again. This time, it was to oversee the moving of an electricity meter at Eva’s (Eva being unable to get time off work). Since Emma intended returning back home the same day, I didn’t accompany her. I would certainly have done so if she had intended spending some time at the shops, but without that incentive, I preferred to stay home. So what do I do when on my own? Complete the Lodge minutes and accounts; write a couple of letters; update the Blog; check out my favourites, leaving comments where appropriate; see if there is anything worth downloading from RedTube and Yuvutu. Then, as always, create yet another slide-show of Emma to give myself a cheap thrill, and to remind me exactly what I’m missing - and what I’ll be getting shortly after she arrives back home!
