Saying it nicely - 2

I know there is no shortage of well-written descriptions of pussy-eating in Blogs, and it is always thrilling to read them. But in the main, the occasion is seen as a preliminary to intercourse. Perhaps that is in the nature of erotic prose. Wanting a succinct description of the event - as an end in itself, rather than the beginning of something - one needs to turn to poetry. As an example, I love this extract from a poem by W.I. Boucher (the rest of which you can find here):
xxxxLet me drink from that chalice
xxxxmy mouth filled with your wine
xxxxa sacrament to love's grace;
xxxxambrosia, so sweet and rare
xxxxlet me be transformed by it
xxxxloves alchemy, dross to gold
xxxxlet me drink of it deeply.

It reminds me of a suggestive line in the Song of Solomon: “Thy navel is like a round goblet which wanteth not liquor,” where navel is a deliberate and coy mistranslation!
