I can’t resist buying these temporary tattoos whenever I see them. The intention is always to transfer them strategically onto some interesting part of Emma’s anatomy to add a focal point to the images I post. However, being constitutionally idle, I seldom get round to it, with the result that I have amassed a large collection of body-art transfers, but only one or two photographs which make use of them. I am resolved to make amends and post such pictures more often - perhaps as a feature like this one, or perhaps as a scarcely-noticeable adornment. It could become a spot-the-tattoo competition, with a night in the sack with Emma as the prize for the one who spots it first (which would always be me, of course). The unicorn, by the way, is the only fabulous beast not conceived out of human fear. Even in the earliest references he is fierce and solitary, yet selfless and good, and always mysteriously beautiful. He can only be captured because of the love he bears for beautiful maidens. Laying aside all fear he will go up to a seated damsel and calmly go to sleep in her lap. Ah, bless!
