Continuing yesterdays theme, I asked my browser about the cyber-sex I’ve heard so much about. True to form, it led me primarily to a number of holier-than-thou websites which warned me of the perils of cyber-sex - obviously without showing any decent examples to whet the appetite. Not only was I cautioned that cyber-sex could put my marriage at risk, but it was strongly suggested that it could bring about the end of civilisation as we know it. However, a Google search helpfully pointed me in the direction of an article in Wikipedia. At last, I thought, I will learn “everything I wanted to know about cyber-sex but was afraid to ask.” Dream on, Alfie. Following the links, I learned something about Chat-rooms, Dungeons and Dragons, Multiple Role-playing Games, et cetera. But is seemed strangely coy about spelling out to me what those horny individuals who are into cyber-sex actually get up to. It did, however, compare it with telephone sex, which I fortunately know something about from personal experience. But that’s another story.
