Pictures of Emm
There will now follow a post or several about our mini-break in Llandudno last week. Although we stayed in the same hotel - there is nowhere better to stay - I had asked if we could have another suite. I wanted to have a different background for any photographs I took. We’ve been in the same suite three times and the pictures have a certain sameness about them. Alas, the hotel’s booking schedule meant that we were in the same suite yet again - although I consol myself that it is the most comfortable. So if you get a sense of déjà vu remember that even if the people and the location are the same, the pictures were taken at a different time. Another thing to bear in mind is that, although we were there for only three nights, I took over ninety photographs. So some are bound to crop up in future posts in a different context. If Emma takes the trouble to pose for me, I’m not going to waste them. Photographically speaking, there will be lean times. The background to this picture illustrates the nature of the décor at Osborne House - resplendently antique - as befits a couple of old fogies like Emma and me.
