Pictures of Emm
This is Emma in the bikini she was supposed to wear on the slopes of the Great Orme, basking in the warmth of the April sun (as promised by the meteorological office). No such luck. Instead, we headed straight for the summit complex, where we had that cowboy picture taken - the one I posted last Friday. There were very few people on the summit. Even the Orme’s famous goats had sought shelter from the wind. But we were amused by one family who were determined not to let a wind from the Arctic spoil a grand day out. The indomitable bull-dog spirit which put the Great in Britain. They were still playing Crazy Golf when Emma and I left to catch the tram back down to the Kings Head, conveniently situated alongside the tramway terminus. It’s the oldest pub in Llandudno - in fact it was serving the Orme-dwellers before Llandudno came into being. After a leisurely lunch, we decided to take the bikini-shots anyway - in the comfort of our hotel. And one thing led to another. Of course.
