Designer Michael Kors, 51, married his longtime partner and co-worker, Lance LePere on Tuesday August 16th 2011 at a private beach in Southampton, New York, just two weeks after same-sex marriage was legalized in NYC.

Lance is the creative designer of the women's collection design for Michael Kors.
