Her name is Oghogho Esigie and she has been missing for four days now in Warri, Delta State. She supposedly left older sister's house at about 5pm on Wednesday Oct 5th, to walk home to her father's house...which is just a 20 minutes walk...but never got home!

Her family and friends haven't seen or heard from her since she left her sister's house to go home. She attended corona secondary school and is currently a student of Veritas University Nigeria. If you have any information, please call 08094603644, or tweet at @da_deedy (her sister) or @ogey_ibex.

I meet a guy...tall, cute...boyfriend material.
We exchange numbers and start chatting...interesting dude...
A week after meeting he wants us to go to the movies together
Sounds good, that will be a nice change from going to the movies with my friends/siblings
Also haven't kissed in a movie theater in a long while (my specialty *cough*)
But before I go I must ask two questions
So let's begin the conversation
"Let's go to the movies together, Linda"
"You sure you are single?"
"I've been single for a while. I already told you that"
"And how old are you again?"
"29 next month!"
Pause
"Sorry, I can't go out with you, I like my men older"
"I never asked to be your man, Linda"
Yeah, yawa!
"I just asked you to the movies...not to the altar."
Bobo yi ti yawere sha! You didn't ask to be my man? Then get off my phone, you moda foca!
"You do go to the movies with your friends, don't you?
"I have enough friends darling, I'm looking for a man. Lose my number"
Conversation ends.
Text comes in: I think you need therapy more than you need a man

Wife of slain Lagos biz man opens up: “They have locked my kids out of their father’s house”

Mrs. Ngozi Ademoye killed her husband during a fight
The wife of slain Lagos business man, Mr. Kazeem Ademoye who was allegedly killed in his house at Magodo Phase 2 has finally opened up from her cell at the State Criminal Investigation Department, SCID, Panti, Yaba, Lagos where she is being detained.

Mrs. Ngozi Ademoye, a 35-year-old mother of three, who spoke to Crime Guard under strict security watch, lamented that since the death of her husband, her three children have been locked out by relations of their father and that they have not been able to change into new clothes.

According to her, “Yes, I killed him. I killed him but, he was the cause of it. Members of his family wanted me and my children out of the house. They wanted to take the two small ones. But no one can take my kids, no one. My three children are from him. No one can take my kids because I stayed with him that long because of my children. He came that night. He was putting on a red dress with a feather and he was also wearing a small tortoise.

“When he came, he was very aggressive and he could beat the children. Immediately I saw him in that attire, I knew he was out for trouble and I took the children inside their room. While we were fighting, the children were shouting, banging the door and calling our names because they wanted to come out. While we were together, I never felt like I was in bondage because of my children.

“Most times, my children will be praying and begging me to be there for them. When I saw him slump on the floor, I was with him and crying. In the morning, I called my children and we were begging him to wake up (crying). My kids did not know what happened. They were like asking why I was crying and why I had this wound on the hand. I then took them to the parlor where we all cried for sometime, before we then called his brother.

“Immediately the brother and his wife came. I never wanted to tell them he was dead because there was one thing I did that I am proud of and that is not letting people see my husband the way he was that night. I mean the attire he was in. When the brother came in, he said the same thing, that he would not like people to see the brother like that. We called our pastor and when he came, he prayed and blessed the house.

“My children are presently with my sisters. Now that he is dead, I will still be there for my children. That night at the mortuary, the younger brother Jamiu and his friend started asking me about his office key. I then told them that it was not with me. When I then read what was going on in the papers, I said, these people are not after their brother who was in the mortuary, instead they were after getting me and my kids out of the compound and taking over his property.

“The other time, they said they went to a herbalist who told them I killed my husband because of Ogun and I said, is there any other Ogun that I don’t know about. Is it not that place we were living and the other office he was building. Is there any other place that I don’t know about. They also claimed they gave me a loan of N100,000.00. That I killed him because the loan is now in his account and I am the next of kin.

“He has three accounts, UBA where we have about N300 or N600,000.00. In Diamond bank, we have two accounts. We used to take loans with one while the other is personal account. And in this one that we used to take loan with, we took N5m and we have paid it and in the personal account we have over N2.3m and I wonder the Ogun they were talking about. I started hearing of my nightmare stories yesterday.

“You know I sleep in the cell and sometimes, we were over 16 persons in a cell and if I have had a nightmare like that, I am very sure people around me will hear about my screams. We all pray together before going to bed and when we wake up, we pray together again. It was even in that cell that I was taught to be strong . I was detained at Isheri police Station, after my brothers in-law invited the police and after wards, they brought me here.

“First I thought when I come here (Panti), my neck would be chopped off, but what I am seeing is not what I expected. Do you know what they changed to nightmare? Since we are lonely in the cell , we talk to ourselves a lot over so many things and during these conversations, I told my cell mates how my husband’s brothers have been busy trying to claim my husband’s properties. In fact, since he died, all they have been asking for is the office keys and his money.

“Nobody is talking about the welfare of my children who are still in school, no one is talking about me, they have all forgotten that I have not beencondemned yet by a judge. After having these discussions with my cell mates, I called my I.P.O and told him that I needed to speak with my brothers in-law. So, he called two of them and we met. First I begged them to forgive and I told them that I was sorry for every thing that has happened. My younger brother in-law, then told me that Jamiu wants to sub-let some part of my husband’s office building.

“And he also asked if it was true that I killed their brother for N100m, and I asked with N100m? Then he said the one in the bank account. I asked him which bank account, UBA bank or Diamond Bank? Then he told me that that was what everyone in the family is saying, after they consulted a herbalist, then I told him all the amount we have in the bank and he can also go to the banks and verify.

“I tried explaining to them that I have been with my husband for a long time and he has not told me about any N100m. After that, the next day, I read in the papers that my husband’s ghost was chasing me. There is no way a ghost will be haunting someone and nobody around that person will not know. They went and changed everything we said and the papers published a different thing.

“But I suspect something. May be, since the herbalist they consulted told them about properties, may be there are properties my husband had that I don’t know about. I used to sell men’s shoes. I stopped and went into selling natural hair and then my husband asked me to support him with my money to buy electrical lights t from one Mr. Segun Adesonya.

“I started with my husband from a very tiny room, it is as small as this room we are seated, there was no car, no housing property. We were just managing, until God started helping us. But I then noticed after some years that my husband was not happy. He normally complained that the frog my sister killed stopped him from getting more money.

I also noticed that, as rich as my husband was then, he wasn’t helping anyone, even as the bread winner of the entire family, he wasn’t helping anyone. Now, when I see people saying she killed her husband for this reason or the other, no one is asking questions. They are talking now as if they are closer to my husband than myself.

This Jamiu that is claiming to love my husband in death more than anyone was not even happy with my husband before he died. If you see his wife, she limps. She had an accident sometime ago and the doctor said they were going to cut off her foot, but my husband could not help them. Their elder sister was feeding from hand to mouth and we are rich. Is it supposed to be so? My father in-law died a very poor man and we are very rich.

“All these people coming around shouting, my children doesn’t even know them before. My husband don’t allow them come anywhere near us, I was even the one fighting for them. Now my worries are why are they going after my husband’s properties, why do they want to take everything I and my late husband laboured for years.

“Today my children can not even enter our house, they locked every where with keys, my children can not even change their clothes. Why are they treating my children like this, why are they trying to take over everything. My children comes to this place to see me with the same cloth they wore on the day of the ugly incident.

“My late husband was a very aggressive person. Whenever he is angry, you see him talking, talking, talking. He attacked me because I saw the fetish pot inside a locker and I had to try destroying it with holy water. We just started a new church close to our house and that was why the pastor was able to help me with the holy water. I saw hell when I sprinkled water on the fetish pot.

“I saw a big frog spring up from the pot and it was turning both its hands and head as if it was scratching the surface of a glass or looking for something to grip. I ran away. When he came back, he was very furious. Later, he appeared in that frightening attire and that was when he started reciting incantations and openly confessing how he killed my sister.

“My younger sister who was leaving with us died few years back after we burnt a frog we saw inside our house. Her death was a mystery because her body was burnt the same we burnt the mystery frog and she later died. We have been seeing strange things and creatures in the house. I continued staying with him just because of my children”, she stated amidst tears.

However, in another twist of events, relations of the husband have alleged that while they are patiently awaiting the outcome of the autopsy, it was discovered that the detained wife to the deceased, Mrs Ngozi Ademoye surreptitiously plotted and carted away documents of her late husband’s landed property including the palatial building at number 11, Ahirim Onuoha close , Magodo phase 2, Lagos. A spokesman of the family told Crime Guard that the widow allegedly contacted her sister, her son Tunde and a friend to her late husband pretentiously to fetch some money and food items for her kids.

It was gathered that Mr. Olumide unsuspectingly accompanied them to the house thinking that the detained widow had the approval of her husband’s family members only to learn later that the other party were in the house for another sinister motives.

It was further learn t that instead of opening the gates, the suspect’s sister and 15 -year -old Tunde scaled the fence, broke into the bedroom of the deceased and carted away landed documents including the Certificate of Occupancy C of O of the deceased’s Magodo house where he lived with his family until he was death.
Reacting to the recent development, head of the Ademoye family, Mr. Adesegun Hakeem Agbaye said it has become abundantly clear that Ngozi murdered their brother to take over his numerous properties. Mr. Agabye wondered why somebody who is being held for murder in a police formation as dreaded as SCID Panti should be allowed access to telephone facilities so much so that she could even plot the stealing of vital documents in her late husband’s bedroom.

He said, “I am shocked that some body who is being held for an offense as grave as murder can be allowed access to her telephones. As I speak with you all her lines are going and when you call them she personally picks her calls. Just on Sunday, I was told she called one of my late brother’s friends, that she wanted him to accompany her sister, Bella and her son Tunde whom she had for somebody else before marrying my brother to the house to fetch some clothes for the children as well as collect some money and food items.

“Already we had locked every where the moment she confessed that she killed my brother because we suspected she must be out for something; but what they did was to jump over the fence, broke into the house and because she has the key to my brother’s inner room, they entered it and collected documents and undisclosed amount of money and disappeared into thin air.

Left: Shola Owolabi, Right Tayo Adewale
The Festac Police Command two days ago paraded Olusola Owolabi, a 200-level LASU student and his friend Tayo Adewale,19, as alleged rapists.

According to the story, on Saturday Oct 1 2011, Sola lured Sandy to his house after telling her he had good news for her concerning her job search. He and his friend then threatened her with a knife and raped her. Sola then took nude photos of Sandy and threatened to put the nude photos on Facebook if Sandy told anyone about the rape. Unfazed by his threat, Sandy reported at Festac Police station. The two boys were arrested two days later

Sandy was not subjected to the physical smear of being gang-violated for upward four hours alone; she also reportedly suffered psychological trauma as the alleged principal culprit in the act, Owolabi, allegedly took her Unclad pictures threatening to have them pasted on her social network (facebook) page if she told anyone of the incident. Sandy, who is reportedly currently out of job after being fired from the hotel she worked, claimed she knew Owolabi in the hotel she once worked as stewardess around Festac Town, Lagos. Both Owolabi and Sandy soon became friends. On several occasions, both Owolabi and Sandy exchanged telephone conversation, but unknown to the Anambra Stateborn lady, Owolabi had other plans. On that fateful day, Sandy recalled that she went on job search at Surulere are of the state and was returning home when Owolabi’s call came in.

The undergraduate reportedly asked her to see him at his house for good news he had for her. Since Owolabi had promised to be on the lookout for her for a job, the poor Sandy headed straight to a major hotel at Ago Palace Way, Okota, where Owolabi told her he was meeting with some elderly friends who could be of help to her. Sandy begins her story: “I had problem in my place of work because I did not show up, owing to my father’s illness and I was sacked and in the course of looking for a job, I went to Surulere last Friday and on my way back home, Shola called me on the phone and invited me over to Century Hotel, Ago Palace Way. I went because I needed someone to pour my heart to.” Owolabi would later changed tunes when Sandy arrived, asking her to come with him to his uncompleted apartment house not too far from the area. Owolabi reportedly prevailed on his female visitor to walk him home to allow him change his clothes.

Not sensing danger, Sandy followed Owolabi home. She continued her story: “But when I got to his house, he started delaying and before I knew it, he approached me, wanting to fondle me and but I refused. Then all of a sudden he started hitting me and dragging my cloth while his friend, Tayo started unzipping my trousers.” Sandy recalled how Adewale (Owolabi’s friend) pounced on her and pinned her hands to the ground, and Owolabi unfasten her jeans belt.

At a point, she became weak and watched helplessly as Owolabi had carnal knowledge of her against her will. Sandy denied that Owolabi ever asked her out before that incident. She maintained that she was only a friend to the undergraduate-despoiler. Her words: “He (Owolabi) started right from 3pm and ended at about 7pm nonstop. My entire plea fell on deaf ears. He even brought out a knife and threatened to kill me saying nothing would happen at the end of the day. When he was done, I could not wear my cloths because they were in shreds. He gave me his to wear home and warned me not to tell anyone threatening that if I did, he would paste my Unclad picture on Facebook for all to see. But I summoned courage and told my cousin and together we went to the hospital where I was given some medication.” Unfazed by his threats, Sandy informed the police at Festac Division and a manhunt was launched for the two rapists, while the Divisional Police Officer, Usman Ndanbabo immediately swung into action to apprehend the culprits.

Two days later, Adewale was apprehended while the, Owolabi, fled the neighbourhood to evade arrest. Barely a week after, Owolabi also landed in police net. In his statement, Owolabi confessed to his crime, but claimed his love and affection for Sandy made him forcefully have canal knowledge of her. His words: “ I am a shy person and can hardly talk to any lady. But the first day I set my eyes on Sandy, I told my friend with whom I went to the hotel that I wanted her for keeps and even begged one of the ladies with us to help collect Sandy’s telephone number and she did. Since then, I have been calling her on the phone until last Friday.

When she came around at the hotel we met before going to my house, I had taken some bottles of alcohol and an energy boost.” Owolabi also blamed his insane attitude on cold weather. He continued, “By the time she came it was drizzling and I asked her to accompany me home to change my clothes. But I did not know what got over me while in the room. I actually attempted to have fore play with her but she declined. Before I knew it, I got crazy and took advantage of her. But after I was done, I started begging her.” Asked if he used condom, he shook his head, saying, “I did it flesh to flesh.”

Also asked why he took photographs of her in her Unclad, he replied, “I just wanted to have her all to myself. I used that to at least make her always come to me” Owolabi, who claimed he regretted his action, said, “I regret everything because it has landed me in big trouble. Unfortunately, my father is not alive to bail me out of this. Please help me beg Sandy to forgive me.

Even after the incident, I begged her to forgive me.” Giving his account of the act, Adewale claimed that his friend never told him his intention for the girl. His words, “I was sleeping on the day he came home with this lady (Sandy) and he asked me to excuse them and I did. Later, he came to where I was and asked me to come and assist in stripping the lady Unclad that he wanted to Be Intimate with her but that she was adamant. I reluctantly followed him because my initial resistance resulted in his shouting at me. When I got inside, I pulled the lady’s trouser.” A police source said that the suspects would be charged to court soon.

Yes, I would say I am sorry to Nigerians for not playing according to expectation and I believe I did not play well in the match. But the prediction of Prophet TB Joshua really affected us.
We thought we could see him and see how he could overturn the negative prediction but the officials came with another prophet who prayed for us and told us that all was well.
But in all we did not do our own bit of the job well as players and we are not happy that we won’t play at the forthcoming Nations Cup.”

Charlyboy Kiddies Affair Gets Transformed

The Charlyboy Ministry of Youth Affair, otherwise known as CB-MOYA which was formally called Charlyboy Kiddies Affair (CBKA) has witnessed a drastic transformation with the present standard it recently set for itself in order to resuscitate the dying hope of the Nigerian youth in different schools.

CB-MOYA, prior to the change of name had empowered different students from across the country but with special focus on primary and junior secondary schools. However, the Charlyboy Foundation in trying to expand the scope of the program has extended its gesture to even Senior Secondary schools and other tertiary institutions that it had considered worthy of the Foundation assistance.

In the September Edition of the program, it was an awe inspiring and memorable event for the lucky school, “The Hampstead Academy” which stormed the Punk Palace in the most electrifying state. The students who were smartly dressed on their Navy blue Jacket got into the punk palace in an exhilarating mood for a once in a life time tour and for their possible interaction with the AreaFada.

The event that began at exactly 10 pm on a bright Friday morning never experienced a dull moment as the students had the fun of their lives. After the registration, AreaFada officially welcomed the well organized and disciplined students into his abode with his usual no dull moment way. The students who responded unequivocally had him glued to his seat till the end of the event. As the program of the event reeled on, the coordinator of the Charlyboy Foundation, Miss Chiaka Anosike in her well articulated speech presented an extensive details of the  aim of the CBMOYA while at the same time encouraging the students to passionately hold on to their dreams.  “The CBMOYA has a general and specific purpose; however, one of the specifics is to find the most appropriate way of encouraging young people like you. I welcome you all to this gathering. Simply sit tight and enjoy your afternoon” Chiaka concluded. Meanwhile, the student showed the organizers of the CBMOYA that they came to the punk palace ready to showcase their skills as the dance competition clearly showed the creativity in them. Different acrobatic moves were displayed by the students. About five of the students are already through to the Charlyboy talent hunt auditions scheduled for March next year.

The quiz competition that took a dramatic turn saw a 7 year old Adaeze occupying the CB brain storm seat. After several questions and answers, the little Adaeze emerged as the winner of the Quiz competition, hence the CBMOYA Queen of the month.

The most memorable of the entire activities was the bike ride. The young lads embarked on a ride with Charlyboy. Out of excitement, they had requested for another invitation to the Punk Palace.  Meanwhile, about three winners emerged in the different activities of this edition of the CB MOYA and were all empowered by the Charlyboy Foundation. Gift Items and forms for the Charlyboy Talent hunt have all been distributed to the students for onward empowerment. The students who held Charlyboy hostage in his compound had to be convinced that CB would be visiting their school soon after then before they could finally get him released.
